1. One-Off Experience
A single Midsummer workshop designed around a company occasion, team activity or employee experience.
Choose from our floral workshops or customise selected elements to reflect your company and objectives.
Suitable for: Team activities, employee appreciation, company celebrations, wellbeing days and corporate events.
2. Experience Series
A planned series of 3–4 Midsummer experiences throughout the year. Combine different activities, such as an individual floral workshop, a collaborative team project, a seasonal session and Flowers With Purpose.
A series gives your team recurring creative moments, with each session selected to suit an occasion in your wider employee calendar.
Suitable for: Employee engagement, team culture, quarterly activities and recurring corporate events.
3. Annual Employee Experience Programme
A tailored year-round programme developed around your company’s employee calendar, culture and priorities. The scope and mix of experiences are planned around your requirements, with a consistent creative direction across the year.

MEET YOUR FLORAL DESIGNER
Floral art direction, shared with your team
I’m Varvara Shchukina, a wedding planner and stylist at Midsummer Events. My work brings together flowers, colour and composition to create thoughtful settings for celebrations and events.
My floral training includes Moscow Flower School, Floral Style and Trille Floral. Through our corporate workshops, I share this creative approach with teams in a practical, approachable way.
Together with the Midsummer team, we guide participants through the selected experience — from creating an individual arrangement in a vase to styling a shared table or building a collaborative floral composition.
Each session introduces techniques suited to the chosen format, with guidance throughout the making process. We help your team explore ideas, work with flowers and enjoy creating something together.
