Wedding Coordination Service

Fee starts from RM 1000 per event, including: 

Before the wedding:

  • One initial meeting with clients for introduction and discussion;

  • Confirm final details with vendors prior to the wedding day;

  • Send vendors a copy of the final timing;

  • Vendor Final Briefing (01 face-to-face meetings);

  • Vendors & Venue Liaison;

  • Assistance with the rehearsal, processional, recessional (a day before the wedding);

 

Wedding day:

  • Greeting and oversight of vendors and receive deliveries;

  • Oversees décor, ceremony, reception set-up, soundcheck & lighting;

  • Directing Ushers;

  • Direct flow of guest for ceremony and reception (welcoming, seating, all guest relations);

  • Oversee gifts/card collection;

  • Oversee the quality of services and vendors execution according to timing, scenario and estimates of the event.

 

At the end of the event:

  • Ensure all vendors tear down and clean up;

  • Oversee the collection of gift and card box to a couple;

  • Distribution of Final Payments (if need).

Full Wedding Planning Service 

This offer includes wedding planning fee and day of coordination fee.

Fee starts from RM 4500 per event, including the following scoop of responsibilities: 

  1. Initial free meeting with bride and groom; introduction, budget and theme consultation;

  2. Unlimited consultation hours by way of face-to-face or mobile/social media tools;

  3. Up to 7 face-to-face meetings with clients for wedding planning discussion, including meeting with vendors;

  4. Budget creation, oversight and maintenance;

  5. Individual wedding concept and style design, creating scenario and production management;

  6. Ceremony venue - sourcing, checking compliance, facilities assessment;  seating layout planning, complying styling according to the concept and scenario;

  7. Reception venue - sourcing, checking compliance, facilities assessment;  seating layout planning, complying styling according to the concept and scenario, menu testing;

  8. Vendors team gathering for the wedding concept realization/production (Photographer, Videographer, Emcee, gown designer and stylist, DJ, Live band, first dance choreographer, cake baker, show program and other talents);

  9. Vendors interviewing, shortlisting, contracting;

  10. Tracking of Save the date, Invitation, RSVP;

  11. Liaising with vendors during the planning process and ensuring their cooperation;

  12. Attend and oversee rehearsal, processional, recessional and related items;

  13. Wedding planning pipeline for couple;

  14. Checklist for couple;

  15. Preparation, dissemination and control of checklist, timelines and itineraries for vendors;

  16. Wedding entourage and logistic arrangements;

  17. Transportation arrangements for guests and couple;

Important note: “wedding concept and style design” does not imply any physical execution of production of wedding décor, however, includes the concept mood board and design project sketch costs. The professional 3D visualisation of design project shall be at extra charges within the “wedding style” estimates section.

Wedding Planning at remote locations 

We do provide wedding planning & coordination service in most of the regions in Malaysia – Langkawi, Desaru, East Coast, Penang, Pangkor, Cameron Highlands and others

The fee will base on our standard charges plus travel overheads incurred.
