Create one larger floral composition as a team. Participants explore scale, form, colour and composition while making creative decisions collectively. What to expect: This format centres on a shared result, giving colleagues the opportunity to shape one piece together throughout the session. The completed installation remains at the location where it was created. Best suited for: Team building, company offsites, creative collaboration and shared team experiences.

Cancellation Policy
CORPORATE WORKSHOP TERMS BOOKING & FORMAT Minimum: 10 paid participants. Reductions after confirmation do not reduce this minimum fee. Capacity: 10 for Table Styling; 10–20 for other formats. Larger groups may require multiple sessions. In-person only, ages 18+. Book ideally two months ahead; at least one month is required, subject to availability. Confirm creative details at least 14 days before the session. VENUE & MATERIALS The client provides an indoor venue, tables, chairs, water and working space. Venue arrangements cost extra. Midsummer supplies materials, tools and equipment. Seasonal substitutions will be of equivalent quality and quantity. TAKE-HOME ITEMS Vase arrangements include the vase and care guide. Wreaths include a care guide and packaging. Table Styling flowers may be taken home; reusable styling items remain with Midsummer. Installations remain at the venue. Flowers With Purpose creations go to a nearby charity agreed during planning; participants are encouraged to deliver them. Delivery costs extra. CUSTOMISATION & PHOTOGRAPHY Bespoke work costs extra for one-off bookings; selected customisation is included in series and annual programmes, subject to scope. Photography and permissions are agreed in advance. PAYMENT 50% deposit confirms the date; the balance is due 7 days before the workshop. Full advance payment is required. Fees apply to Kuala Lumpur; travel outside KL costs extra. December surcharge: RM500 per session. All extras are agreed in the proposal. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Send requests in writing by email or WhatsApp. Notice is measured in calendar days from receipt. Cancellation fees are based on the total confirmed session value, including agreed extras: • More than 20 days before: 10%. • 20 days or fewer before: 50%. Payments above the applicable fee are refunded. One reschedule is allowed with at least 21 days’ notice, to an available date within three months of the original date. Payments transfer; price changes require agreement. Later requests are considered individually, with extra costs agreed first. If no date is agreed, cancellation fees apply using the original request date. If a rescheduled session is cancelled, the higher cancellation fee applies: that at the original rescheduling request or at cancellation, not both. For programmes, these terms apply per session unless the proposal states otherwise. If Midsummer cancels, choose a new available date or a full refund for that session.
