Cancellation Policy

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The workshop requires a minimum booking of 10 participants. 2. Group size. Each session is limited to a maximum of 20 participants. If the number of participants exceeds 20, the group will be split into separate sessions. 3. The session will take place at the client’s venue, where tables, chairs, and a water supply must be provided. If the client does not have a suitable facility, an alternative venue can be arranged for an additional fee. 4. Floral materials and decorative elements are subject to market availability and may be substituted at the florist’s discretion with items of equivalent quality and quantity. 5. All Midsummer Workshops are conducted as in-person sessions only (no virtual options available). 6. Workshop formats follow a fixed design as shown in our portfolio. Clients may select an alternative colour palette from the curated options provided by our team. Floral materials are subject to seasonal availability and may vary accordingly. Final details must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event. 7. The session might be curated with a professional photographer, provided by Midsummer team, for portfolio and marketing purposes. 8. NEW! Individual styling concept development (branded) at add on RM300. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 50% deposit payment upon booking date; 50% balance payment at least 07 days prior to the workshop; Midsummer Workshops provides service at only upfront payment terms; The fee is applicable for Kuala Lumpur & Selangor; For any workshop taking place in December, a surcharge of RM500 per session will apply due to peak season demand. CANCELLATION POLICY: 20 days prior to the date deposit is not refundable; More than 20 days prior to the date are 10% cancellation fee; The deposit can be used for the rescheduled date*. *The subject to Midsummer Workshop availability.
