WEDDING EVENTS PREVENTION NORMS DURING AND POST RMCO
Midsummer Events is liable for planning and coordinating weddings we are hired to serve. When the current pandemic situation requires us to adopt new regulations and procedures we are responsibly taking it into account and include them in our services. Today, we have still offer our signature wedding planning and coordination service adding additional measures as values for our client's comfort and safety, such as:

special cancellation policy adopted to COVID-19 (or any other pandemic) in agreement protecting clients’ interests;

strengthen health and safety control of vendors, staff and suppliers;

wedding sanitary measures practice in compliance with WHO, CDC and Ministry of Health Malaysia;
-
optional wedding cancellation insurance.
Weddings will still take place and couples will still celebrate their love just with a slight adjustment to the usual traits which we help to make less worrying.
Here are some norms of virus prevention we practice in the wedding:

To have a venue sanitation process before and after the event;

Strictly follow cleaning regime for venues, rentals and equipment;

To provide sanitizers, face masks, gloves to all wedding involved parties;

To maintain good personal hygiene;
-
To consider vulnerable guests category;
-
To prefer an individual plate meal rather that buffet or family sharing style;
-
To substitute wedding activities to those that are not involving touching or close personal contact.
The upcoming decade will require all wedding parties to follow this simple yet effective measures and will certainly include some other that should be adopted in the name of people safety.
THE WEDDING DATE POSTPONING OR CANCELLATION POLICY PANDEMIC OR EPIDEMIC CLAUSE (EXCERPT):

Should the wedding date be postponed due to epidemics and pandemics outbreak and relevant government orders or laws be posed that makes the performance by parties impossible the retainer payment shall be placed on credit and the Wedding date shall be rescheduled to the new one at both parties mutual agreement and if the Wedding planner is still available to provide the service on a new day. The credit amount can be utilised within one year from the date of postponement for wedding planning yet not limited to other services of the wedding planner company.

Shall the Wedding Planner is not available to provide services on the new date an equivalent replacement shall be provided by the Wedding Planner in order to fulfil the obligations stated in the agreement.

Should reservations be cancelled within 30 days before the rehearsal/wedding date, the Wedding Planner final fee payment shall be waived and limited to the actual expenses incurred by the Wedding Planner for planning the Wedding on the date of cancellation.
